We are Effekt-Etage. Since 2003, we've worked at the intersection of marketing, technology, and production. We merge CGI and AI into a single pipeline. We call it CGAI. We're more than content production: we support brands across the entire value chain – from data-driven strategy and creative concepting to cloud and enterprise solutions. From photorealistic stills and film to configurators and immersive experiences, we produce for Audi, BMW, Hyundai, Toyota, Volkswagen, and many more. TISAX and ISO 9001 certified.

For this, we're looking for a true generalist who can do both: top-level 3D craft – and a real feel for how AI makes day-to-day production faster, smarter, and more scalable.

What you'll do

• 3D generalist across the entire pipeline – from modeling and shading to lighting and rendering, for stills and motion content in the automotive space.

• Look development and lighting that hit brand CI and premium standards.

• Scene building, look dev, and rendering in Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine.

• Integrate AI firmly into your creative workflow: more output, more variants, and new creative options – not as a replacement for craft.

• Close collaboration with our CGAI Supervisor and our Head of 3D.

• Ensure consistently high quality – and continuously improve processes.

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years of professional studio-experience.

• A true generalist profile – you're at home across the entire 3D pipeline: modeling, shading, lighting, and rendering.

• Highly proficient in Unreal Engine and Cinema 4D.

• Confident working with current AI tools – and the curiosity to keep yourself constantly up to date.

• A sharp eye for high-quality content; you see the difference between good and really good.

• Experience in the automotive sector.

• Excellent communication – you can explain what you do and why.

• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
