As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator (m/f/d), you will make a decisive contribution to advancing our social media presence and marketing strategy with a lot of commitment and inspiration. This dynamic role gives you the opportunity to present us across various channels, inspire existing and new customers and reach out to new employees. Working with our outstanding team and management, you will ensure that our online presence captures the essence of our brand and makes it inspiringly visible.
You have experience in social media management or digital marketing. You have the ability to communicate visually but also to grasp the context of our work and communicate it to the outside world. Ideally, you have knowledge of graphic design and video editing and excellent communication skills in English and German.
Ideally, you are an inexhaustible source of creativity and innovation. You also see the little things in everyday working life that make us as a company and that are worth communicating. You keep an eye on industry trends, customers and competitors and adapt our strategies accordingly. All to ensure that we remain a top choice for our customers and employees.
Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of our campaigns and strategies is also part of the job. This should not be foreign to you and should not limit your creativity.
