The team neusta group has acquired a majority stake in Effekt-Etage, the innovation driver with offices in Berlin and Munich. This completes team neusta’s digital portfolio in areas such as 3D‑data-based brand and product communications, VR/AR and virtual video and photo shoots.
At team neusta, the start of the year is marked by a new addition to its digital family: Effekt-Etage will henceforth complement and enhance the group’s value-added chain with its award-winning Computer Generated Imagery (CGI). Effekt-Etage’s core skills cover 3D-data-based brand and product communications and the conceptual design and implementation of complex product configurators and integrated digital applications. This includes top-level visualisations and user experiences created on the basis of a digital twin, using pre-rendered content and real-time 3D.
“team neusta can now enrich its technology ecosystem by adding premium visual content, creative storytelling and fascinating user experiences. The main winners are our customers, who benefit from integrated product communications across all touchpoints of a modern user journey, all from a single source,” explains team neusta CEO Heinz Kierchhoff. “Pooling our technical skills and expertise will enable us to expand into new markets.”
The roughly 40-strong Effekt-Etage team has been a long-standing innovation driver for customers such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, MINI, Rolls-Royce and Volkswagen. Björn Kowalski, founder and CEO of Effekt-Etage, underscores the importance of the strategic alliance between Effekt-Etage and team neusta. The growing demand for visual content embedded in complex IT system architectures can now be met on a full-service basis.
